The job holder is responsible for administrative support to the Management Team of the Group. Ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, managing communication channels, scheduling appointments, and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Management Team of the Group
- Manage appointment schedule, arrange business travel, coordinate meeting, support agenda management and expense tracking
- Handle office administration duties including organizing and maintaining files, records, and other materials
- Handle travelling logistics arrangement and visa applications
- Handle personal errands and tasks for executives as assigned
- Assist HR & Admin Department on day-to-day operations and coordinate the admin team functions
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Matriculated / Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Well organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal skill
- Well command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferred
