Designer (Hong Kong)

Job Purpose:

To develop innovative, market-driven designs by managing the full design process from concept to presentation, ensuring alignment with trends, customer requirements, and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for seasonal and innovative design
  • Provide ideas on all design issues including costing, fashion trend research, fabrication, etc.
  • Follow up the entire workflow of product design from concept to customer presentation
  • Drive fabric sourcing, colour proposals and graphic research based on trend directions and customers’ requirements
  • Supervise assistant designer to formulate design ideas into marketable collections
  • Provide guidance to technicians to accomplish technical and delivery requirements
  • Work closely with customer on their requirements
  • Resolve all technical related problems
  • Conduct product and trend presentation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Lingerie Design or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good computer skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and MS office application, 3D software skills a plus
  • Strong product and material knowledge with solid experience in product design
  • Well organized and self-motivated with good communication skills and multitasking
  • Good command of both written and spoken of English and Chinese
  • Occasional travel is required

Accounts Clerk (Hong Kong)

Job Purpose:

The Accounts Clerk provides support to daily accounting operations, including data entry, voucher preparation, and handling accounts payable. The role ensures accuracy and timeliness in financial records while assisting with routine reconciliations and general clerical duties to maintain smooth accounting workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Accounts Payable, including but not limited to prepare payments and vouchers
  • Process daily data entry such as documents preparing and filing etc.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems for all payable transactions
  • Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable balances to identify discrepancies
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 2 years of accounting experience
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Good command of MS office especially Excel, word, outlook
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Hardworking & willing to learn and a good team player
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle high-volume transactions

Head of Planning (Hong Kong)

Job Purpose:

The job holder is responsible for leading the organization's Master Planning function, including demand planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), capacity planning, inventory optimization, production planning, and supply chain planning. The role drives the alignment of customer demand, manufacturing capacity, materials availability, and inventory strategy to optimize operational performance and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Master Planning function and establish planning strategies to support the Company's business objectives
  • Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and financial plans
  • Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, replenishment planning, and inventory management across all manufacturing units
  • Develop medium- and long-term capacity plans to support business growth and optimize manufacturing resources
  • Lead production planning governance to ensure efficient utilization of factories, labor, materials, and equipment
  • Evaluate and recommend manufacturing network strategies, including capacity allocation and sourcing decisions
  • Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments to mitigate supply chain disruptions and support informed business decisions
  • Establish planning policies, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Procurement, Logistics, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams to balance customer demand and operational capabilities
  • Drive digitalization, planning system enhancements, and data analytics capabilities to improve planning effectiveness and visibility
  • Lead, coach, and develop planning teams across locations to foster a high-performance culture

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of planning or supply chain management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Solid experience in Master Planning, S&OP, demand planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and manufacturing operations
  • Experience in apparel, textile, lingerie, or consumer products manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional planning teams across multiple manufacturing locations
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong leadership and people management experience
  • Proficient in ERP and planning systems; experience with advanced planning tools is an advantage
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
