Sales Manager (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible to lead, manage and execute the sales strategy of the company. Growing revenue profitably with current and potential customers and delivering exceptional experience in building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans for assigned territories and customers to achieve sales targets
  • Lead the commercial activities successfully
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Organize networking events to generate leads and promote products and/or services of the company
  • Create marketing and promote company USP’s and benefits, such as presentation decks and ideas to generate interest in the products/company

Job Requirements:

Technical Assistant (Hong Kong/Shenzhen)

The job holder is responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance to technical manager in coordinating all technical supports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to create reports, record update and data entry
  • Prepare Performance Tracking Reports (quality of pattern and grading)
  • Perform technical drawing (illustration on application and operations)
  • Prepare meeting recap
  • Update tech packs and fit comments, specification and construction
  • Manage sample development processes
  • Arrange model fitting session
  • Assist sample review and approval (fit, constructions & workmanship)
  • Prepare and communicate fit comments to customer and technical team
  • Travel frequently to Shenzhen sample room to review the progress

Job Requirements:

Head of Seamless Product Development (Shenzhen)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a Seamless Product strategy that aligns to Group’s business goals which also services the needs of customers
  • Design, develop and manage the seamless product development processes and management system that will be well integrated to Group’s overall Product Development process and system
  • Install necessary activity tracker, as part of a systematic management of teams, to ensure productivity, speed and quality in Seamless Product development to serve the business
  • Lead the diversification and maturation Group’s two location of technical development in Thailand and Shenzhen by solidifying systems, processes and controls
  • Increase product development and technical development capacity while reducing overall product development lead time, streamline the process and improve quality and effectiveness of Seamless Product
  • Integrate Seamless Product’s technical research and development into Group’s product innovation and product development calendars to realize a pipe of proprietary innovation and technology in Seamless Product to better position Group’s business
  • Support other commercial teams in their regular implementation of product strategy to secure adoption and newness revenue
  • Oversee the daily operation of the department and ensure the team to comply with all current process, system and governance by monitoring and enforcing compliance, measuring performance, identifying areas for improvement, addressing deficiencies and implementing changes as needed
  • Drive team to respond to newness revenue opportunities, meet customers’ product development plan objectives, and to win adoptions
  • Elevate team’s culture to be innovative, commercial, systematic and responsive

Job Requirements:

  • 15 years or above of seamless product experience with at least 5 years managerial experience
  • Experienced at designing processes to make teams more organized and effective and building KPI’s and reports to drive performance
  • Direct experience managing team through cultural and organizational changes with ability to communicate with stakeholders and empathetic leadership to ensure high morale and team stability
  • Development of management and leadership that demonstrates ability to carry out both hands-on and strategic activities
  • Has shown ability to work under pressure and juggling multiple demands while protecting team and business
  • At ease at being a role model for direct reports as well as interdepartmental team. Demonstrating commitment and loyalty to a cause and common goal
  • Leadership skills to take on responsibility and accountability for team performance, while being able to works cross-functionally through influence rather than power in a positive and non-threatening way

Materials Specialist (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible for sourcing of materials and managing suppliers. By coordinating with suppliers, inventory management, and procurement strategies to support the operation of production and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sourcing strategy to source material at right price and quality to meet customer’s requirement
  • Verify and update material pricing and specification in material database and library
  • Communicate with Product Development and Sales team to identify materials sourcing to fulfill customers’ requirements
  • Manage vendor relationship and performance to meet development critical timeline and material quality requirements
  • Manage efficient sourcing for price competitive and quality supply of raw materials
  • Manage the progress on raw material development to meet the deadlines
  • Validate materials specifications and testing performance
  • Provide technical support to Product Development team and suppliers for new material development
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues in development and bulk production

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in textile or related disciplines, with sound raw material knowledge

Accountant / Assistant Accountant (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible for a variety of financial tasks crucial to the success of the business, including providing financial advice and manage accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle Hong Kong financial reports and assist to upload PRC financial data to accounting system
  • Prepare month-end closing and monthly consolidated financial statements
  • Prepare monthly management reports, budgeting and forecasting with detailed analysis and commentary on key variances when required
  • Monitor daily operation of both Hong Kong and liaise with PRC and Sri Lanka accounting teams
  • Assist in the cash flow management
  • Participate in accounts receivables and payables management

Job Requirements:

Group IT Project Manager (Hong Kong)

Reporting to Group Technology Director, this position will collaborate amongst business units, IT Teams, and external vendors to drive technical work of essential application system development, and digital transformation initiatives aligned to group business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation and realization of information technology strategies and digital transformation programs that can enable the success of business initiatives
  • Perform master planning, organizing, staffing, controlling of programs and project activities to ensure successful project delivery with expected results and benefits within budget and on-time
  • Play an important role in the development of the next generation ERP platform to optimize vertical business operation for the Group
  • Work closely with application, infrastructure and business process optimization projects

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Information Management or related disciplines
  • Holder of Project Management Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in designing, developing, deploying and enhancing enterprise class web based application systems for regional multiple locations, manufacturing and supply chain businesses
  • Familiar with problem solving and programming methodology, able to identify system and programming issues and resourceful in providing solutions
  • Familiar with current technology such as RPA, ERP-and-O365 integration, Data Lake, BI reporting, AI, and IoT
  • Able to perform Proof-of-Concept for new technology adoption
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-starter, hands-on, result-oriented, good mentor & leadership, good team player and high level of integrity

Group Finance Manager (Hong Kong)

Reporting directly to Group CFO, the incumbent will lead a team to ensure efficient daily operations. He/she will also drive system update and process implementation of accounting system and work with internal and external stakeholders on financial reporting, annual report preparation, taxation and auditing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review month-end closing reports submitted by the subsidiaries from PRC and overseas
  • Responsible for monthly consolidation and commentary of operating results of the Group
  • Responsible for preparation of annual, interim report, and results announcement and in charge of statutory audit and liaise with external auditors
  • Lead account payable and general ledger accounting team
  • Develop and maintain proper internal control policies and procedures on financial, operation, accounting system for the Group and its operating subsidiaries
  • Handle tax computations, tax returns and queries from tax authorities
  • Coordinate accounting system update and process implementation

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Accounting / Finance disciplines with professional qualifications like HKICPA, ACCA or other recognized organization
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance and accounting preferred and with minimum 4 years of experience in group consolidation and financial reporting, especially in listed companies, previous audit experience will be an advantage
  • Highly self-motivated and an excellent team player
  • Able to work independently and establish and meet deadlines, with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and act effectively in a multicultural and cross functional environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in Sun Accounting System or other equivalent accounting system
