Sales Manager (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible to lead, manage and execute the sales strategy of the company. Growing revenue profitably with current and potential customers and delivering exceptional experience in building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans for assigned territories and customers to achieve sales targets
  • Lead the commercial activities successfully
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Organize networking events to generate leads and promote products and/or services of the company
  • Create marketing and promote company USP’s and benefits, such as presentation decks and ideas to generate interest in the products/company
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and adjust sales tactics as necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through different engagement activities and respond to customers inquiries promptly and professionally

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales; experience in lingerie or apparel industry is preferable
  • Presentable with a positive personality
  • Strong in communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented and good at building rapport and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team and related parties
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager

Technical Assistant (Hong Kong / Shenzhen)

The job holder is responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance to technical manager in coordinating all technical supports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to create reports, record update and data entry
  • Prepare Performance Tracking Reports (quality of pattern and grading)
  • Perform technical drawing (illustration on application and operations)
  • Prepare meeting recap
  • Update tech packs and fit comments, specification and construction
  • Manage sample development processes
  • Arrange model fitting session
  • Assist sample review and approval (fit, constructions & workmanship)
  • Prepare and communicate fit comments to customer and technical team
  • Travel frequently to Shenzhen sample room to review the progress
  • Assist in ad hoc project assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above in fashion or intimate apparel or equivalent industry
  • 1-2 years of working experience
  • Basic knowledge of lingerie construction, patterning and production
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Hardworking, initiative, self-motivated

Senior Manager – External Manufacturing

Manage the external Manufacturing process from capacity planning, order loading to delivery by coordinating with internal cross functional teams and 3rd party factories. The job holder will provide the leadership in establishing a collaborative system where both external teams and internal core teams would synergize to meet customer service level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for qualifying and/or uplifting subcontractors according to the prescribed qualification processes and procedures
  • Lead the onboarding process of external factories with related customer’s requirement, including implementation of Top Form’s systems and training up of personnel in subcontractor factory, including planning process, technical process, manufacturing management process, logistic process
  • Responsible for building the communications platform with internal and on the ground team
  • Responsible for leading the communications with external factories related to capacity planning, order loading, scheduling, material schedule
  • Ensure compliance of operational processes with regular monitoring and communications, both internally and externally
  • Install and manage the production related sample management including progress tracking and delivery
  • Manage external production facilities to ensure OTIF by follow up and analysis of regular production reports and data (examples and not limited to Production Schedule, Daily Output, WIP reports) submitted by the external factories, communications with leadership of external factories and on the ground presence as needed to drive compliance and performance
  • Responsible for resolving issues for external manufacturer, including technical issues, customer information issues that might impact to shipment
  • Manage all data processing related to external factories in internal systems to ensure accuracy and timely
  • Lead the preparation of external factories Scorecard and work and follow up with the factories with improvement plan

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain Management or textile related disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and best practices
  • Production capacity and line planning knowledge
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to drive results through cross-functional working
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skill, able to explain complex topics and to inspire and influence others
  • Experience in Project management is a plus

Head of Seamless Product Development (Shenzhen)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a Seamless Product strategy that aligns to Group’s business goals which also services the needs of customers
  • Design, develop and manage the seamless product development processes and management system that will be well integrated to Group’s overall Product Development process and system
  • Install necessary activity tracker, as part of a systematic management of teams, to ensure productivity, speed and quality in Seamless Product development to serve the business
  • Lead the diversification and maturation Group’s two location of technical development in Thailand and Shenzhen by solidifying systems, processes and controls
  • Increase product development and technical development capacity while reducing overall product development lead time, streamline the process and improve quality and effectiveness of Seamless Product
  • Integrate Seamless Product’s technical research and development into Group’s product innovation and product development calendars to realize a pipe of proprietary innovation and technology in Seamless Product to better position Group’s business
  • Support other commercial teams in their regular implementation of product strategy to secure adoption and newness revenue
  • Oversee the daily operation of the department and ensure the team to comply with all current process, system and governance by monitoring and enforcing compliance, measuring performance, identifying areas for improvement, addressing deficiencies and implementing changes as needed
  • Drive team to respond to newness revenue opportunities, meet customers’ product development plan objectives, and to win adoptions
  • Elevate team’s culture to be innovative, commercial, systematic and responsive

Job Requirements:

  • 15 years or above of seamless product experience with at least 5 years managerial experience
  • Experienced at designing processes to make teams more organized and effective and building KPI’s and reports to drive performance
  • Direct experience managing team through cultural and organizational changes with ability to communicate with stakeholders and empathetic leadership to ensure high morale and team stability
  • Development of management and leadership that demonstrates ability to carry out both hands-on and strategic activities
  • Has shown ability to work under pressure and juggling multiple demands while protecting team and business
  • At ease at being a role model for direct reports as well as interdepartmental team. Demonstrating commitment and loyalty to a cause and common goal
  • Leadership skills to take on responsibility and accountability for team performance, while being able to works cross-functionally through influence rather than power in a positive and non-threatening way
  • Track record of managing and building teams in multiple locations with diverse and multi-cultural reports

Executive Secretary

The job holder is responsible for administrative support to the Management Team of the Group. Ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, managing communication channels, scheduling appointments, and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Management Team of the Group
  • Manage appointment schedule, arrange business travel, coordinate meeting, support agenda management and expense tracking
  • Handle office administration duties including organizing and maintaining files, records, and other materials
  • Handle travelling logistics arrangement and visa applications
  • Handle personal errands and tasks for executives as assigned
  • Assist HR & Admin Department on day-to-day operations and coordinate the admin team functions
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Matriculated / Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Well organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal skill
  • Well command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
