Sales Manager (Hong Kong)

Objectives:

  • The job holder is responsible to lead, manage and execute the sales strategy of the company. Growing revenue profitably with current and potential customers and delivering exceptional experience in building customer relationships.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales plans for assigned territories and customers to achieve sales targets
    • Lead the commercial teams and activities successfully
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
    • Organize networking events to generate leads and promote products and/or services of the company
    • Create marketing and promote company USP’s and benefits, such as presentation decks and ideas to generate interest in the products/company
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and adjust sales tactics as necessary
    • Deliver exceptional customer experience through different engagement activities and respond to customers inquiries promptly and professionally

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sales; experience in lingerie or apparel industry is preferable
    • Presentable with a positive personality
    • Strong in communication and negotiation skills
    • Customer-oriented and good at building rapport and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
    • Able to work collaboratively with the team and related parties
    • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems
    • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager

    Senior Manager – IT Project (Hong Kong)

    Objectives:

    Reporting to Group Technology Director, this position will collaborate amongst business units, IT Teams, and external vendors to drive technical work of essential application system development, and digital transformation initiatives aligned to group business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist formulation and realization of information technology strategies and digital transformation programs that can enable the success of business initiatives
    • Perform master project planning, organizing, controlling of programs and project activities to ensure successful delivery with expected results and benefits within budget and on-time
    • Play an important role in the development of the next generation ERP platform to optimize vertical business operation for the Group
    • Work closely with application system and business process optimization
    • Occasional business travelling required

    Requirements

    • Degree holder in Information Technology, Information Management or related disciplines
    • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in managing design, development, deployment and enhancement of enterprise class web based application systems for regional garment manufacturing and supply chain business
    • Strong in problem solving and project management methodology, able to identify system and programming issues and resourceful in providing solutions
    • Familiar with current technology such as O365, Power BI, RPA, AI, IoT
    • Able to perform Proof-of-Concept for new technology adoption
    • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
    • Self-starter, hands-on, result-oriented, good leadership, good team player and high level of integrity
    • Experience in garment manufacturing industry an advantage
    • ERP vendor background an added value

    Analyst - Demand Forecast Planning (Hong Kong)

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible to all demand planning duties including analyzing customers’ forecast, historical data and market/customer’s insights to formulate an accurate forecasting model to present internally for company planning purpose and externally in aligning customer’s expectations
    • Responsible to input raw data, consolidate and validate all customer forecasts that aligning with company capacity, business needs, operational requirements
    • Develop effective forecast models based on set criteria and protocol as well as the demand patterns
    • Support demand planning manager including tracking and alignment meetings, create and publish engagement dashboards to align customer expectations
    • Support the sales operation teams in proposing and implementing suggestions to improve demand forecast accuracy
    • Provide analytical support with deviation analysis, scenario building and modelling and customer engagements analysis
    • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budget, long range plan and other associated planning in ensuring business strategies are followed through
    • Participate regular engagement meetings internally, providing analysis and reports for meeting purposes
    • Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner

    Requirements

    • Degree holder or above, preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics, Business or related disciplines
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in demand planning
    • Experience in garment manufacturing is preferred
    • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
    • Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Possess good problem solving and analytical skills, well-organized and able to work independently
    • Fresh graduate will also be considered
