Sales Manager (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible to lead, manage and execute the sales strategy of the company. Growing revenue profitably with current and potential customers and delivering exceptional experience in building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans for assigned territories and customers to achieve sales targets
  • Lead the commercial activities successfully
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Organize networking events to generate leads and promote products and/or services of the company
  • Create marketing and promote company USP’s and benefits, such as presentation decks and ideas to generate interest in the products/company
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and adjust sales tactics as necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through different engagement activities and respond to customers inquiries promptly and professionally

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales; experience in lingerie or apparel industry is preferable
  • Presentable with a positive personality
  • Strong in communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented and good at building rapport and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team and related parties
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems

Systems Analyst (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible for maintaining and improving computer systems for the Company and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistant all the activities throughout the whole SDLC, including but not limited to system design, documentation, some coding and training
  • Work closely with vendor on solution deliverables
  • Work closely with developers in HK and overseas
  • Maintain and support existing core systems within the group

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems and related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ ERP system development and support experience in garment manufacturing sector and familiar with full cycle of SDLC
  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC (C#), Python, Java, JavaScript (JQuery), HTML5, CSS, React.JS and Power BI
  • AS400, LANSA experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal communication, negotiation, people management and resources management skills
  • Able to work independently in handling internal & external project integration with minimal guidance
  • Experience in project management is an advantage

Technical Assistant (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance to technical manager in coordinating all technical supports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to create reports, record update and data entry
  • Prepare Performance Tracking Reports (quality of pattern and grading)
  • Perform technical drawing (illustration on application and operations)
  • Prepare meeting recap
  • Update tech packs and fit comments, specification and construction
  • Manage sample development processes
  • Arrange model fitting session
  • Assist sample review and approval (fit, constructions & workmanship)
  • Prepare and communicate fit comments to customer and technical team
  • Travel frequently to Shenzhen sample room to review the progress
  • Assist in ad hoc project assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above in fashion or intimate apparel or equivalent industry
  • 1-2 years of working experience
  • Basic knowledge of lingerie construction, patterning and production
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Analyst - Demand Forecast Planning (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible to all demand planning duties including analyzing customers’ forecast, historical data and market/customer’s insights to formulate an accurate forecasting model to present internally for company planning purpose and externally in aligning customer’s expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input raw data, consolidate and validate all customer forecasts that aligning with company capacity, business needs, operational requirements
  • Develop effective forecast models based on set criteria and protocol as well as the demand patterns
  • Assist in meeting tracking and alignment, creating and publishing engagement dashboards to align with customers’ expectation
  • Provide analytical support with deviation analysis, scenario building and modelling and customer engagements analysis
  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budget, long range plan and other associated planning to ensure business strategies are followed through
  • Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and address demand related issues in a timely and effective manner

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in demand planning, experience in garment manufacturing is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel)
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Possess good problem solving and analytical skills, well-organized and able to work independently

Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible for the budget planning and supports the management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-operate with overseas and China finance teams to provide monthly management reports for management review and decision making
  • Prepare annual budget and monthly rolling forecast
  • Assist in overseeing finance operation and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with external auditor during interim and year-end audit, ensure proper accounting records and financial reporting standards are followed
  • Work with external tax representative for yearly tax filing
  • Ad hoc assignments are required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accountancy or Finance and finalist of professional accounting qualifications
  • Qualified accountant will be an advantage
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with manufacturing operations and audit background, candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications and computerized system such as SUN, Vision, Kingdee K3
  • Good PC Knowledge in MS Office with strong data management skill
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with good fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Hardworking, independent, self-motivated, can work under pressure
  • Familiar with the manufacturing and cost accounting

Senior Accounts Clerk (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible to support the Account Receivable Team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support supervisor of the Account Receivable team on data management
  • Prepare monthly sales and cost analysis report
  • Support account receivable team for daily reporting
  • Monitor the sales aging and outstanding balance
  • Handle accounts payable duties including staff expenses claim and issue cheque for overseas factories

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or Diploma in related disciplines with LCC level 2
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in general accounting experience
  • Experience in textile or manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SUN account system is an advantage
  • Good PC Knowledge in MS Office with strong data management skill
  • Hardworking, independent, self-motivated, can work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred
