Sales Manager (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible to lead, manage and execute the sales strategy of the company. Growing revenue profitably with current and potential customers and delivering exceptional experience in building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans for assigned territories and customers to achieve sales targets
  • Lead the commercial activities successfully
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Organize networking events to generate leads and promote products and/or services of the company
  • Create marketing and promote company USP’s and benefits, such as presentation decks and ideas to generate interest in the products/company
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and adjust sales tactics as necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through different engagement activities and respond to customers inquiries promptly and professionally

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales; experience in lingerie or apparel industry is preferable
  • Presentable with a positive personality
  • Strong in communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented and good at building rapport and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team and related parties
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems

Head of Seamless Product Development (Shenzhen)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of a Seamless Product strategy that aligns to Group’s business goals which also services the needs of customers
  • Design, develop and manage the seamless product development processes and management system that will be well integrated to Group’s overall Product Development process and system
  • Install necessary activity tracker, as part of a systematic management of teams, to ensure productivity, speed and quality in Seamless Product development to serve the business
  • Lead the diversification and maturation Group’s two location of technical development in Thailand and Shenzhen by solidifying systems, processes and controls
  • Increase product development and technical development capacity while reducing overall product development lead time, streamline the process and improve quality and effectiveness of Seamless Product
  • Integrate Seamless Product’s technical research and development into Group’s product innovation and product development calendars to realize a pipe of proprietary innovation and technology in Seamless Product to better position Group’s business
  • Support other commercial teams in their regular implementation of product strategy to secure adoption and newness revenue
  • Oversee the daily operation of the department and ensure the team to comply with all current process, system and governance by monitoring and enforcing compliance, measuring performance, identifying areas for improvement, addressing deficiencies and implementing changes as needed
  • Drive team to respond to newness revenue opportunities, meet customers’ product development plan objectives, and to win adoptions
  • Elevate team’s culture to be innovative, commercial, systematic and responsive

Job Requirements:

  • 15 years or above of seamless product experience with at least 5 years managerial experience
  • Experienced at designing processes to make teams more organized and effective and building KPI’s and reports to drive performance
  • Direct experience managing team through cultural and organizational changes with ability to communicate with stakeholders and empathetic leadership to ensure high morale and team stability
  • Development of management and leadership that demonstrates ability to carry out both hands-on and strategic activities
  • Has shown ability to work under pressure and juggling multiple demands while protecting team and business
  • At ease at being a role model for direct reports as well as interdepartmental team. Demonstrating commitment and loyalty to a cause and common goal
  • Leadership skills to take on responsibility and accountability for team performance, while being able to works cross-functionally through influence rather than power in a positive and non-threatening way
  • Track record of managing and building teams in multiple locations with diverse and multi-cultural reports

3D Designer / Assistant 3D Designer (Hong Kong)

Top Form has put the enhancement of our customer engagement and experience via digital product presentation and development as a key in our overall customer strategy in the coming years. To support this development, we are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant 3D Designer to join our dynamic product design team. Reporting to the Manager of 3D Digital Development, the job holder is responsible for creating and developing 3D models and visualizations of our intimate and activewear products. The job holder will also play a crucial role in bringing our design concepts to life and ensuring the accuracy and feasibility of our designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Digital Libraries including 3D Blocks, fabrics, trims, and avatars
  • Create 3D Blocks and 3D garment for seasonal use
  • Create patterns and mock-ups from preliminary design sketches or ideas using 3D Browzwear software
  • Make precise pattern changes according to Product Tech team description and customers’ pattern grading and sizing requirements
  • Apply surface design details, such as colors, fabrics, graphics and prints to 3D garments
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams for the project details which included design details, sketch, 2D garment patterns, stitching, measurement spec, fabric materials, fabric design and artwork, trims, avatar, fitting, pose, rendering requirement
  • Research the latest 3D technology introductions in the market to help build the connection between 3D workspace and our work process for future growth in 3D samples

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Apparel, Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in 3D Apparel Design software Browzwear
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator
  • With pattern making knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant 3D Designer

Senior Analyst - Demand Forecast Planning

The job holder is responsible to all demand planning duties including analyzing customers’ forecast, historical data and market/customer’s insights to formulate an accurate forecasting model to present internally for company planning purpose and externally in aligning customer’s expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input raw data, consolidate and validate all customer forecasts that aligning with company capacity, business needs, operational requirements
  • Develop effective forecast models based on set criteria and protocol as well as the demand patterns
  • Assist in meeting tracking and alignment, creating and publishing engagement dashboards to align with customers’ expectation
  • Provide analytical support with deviation analysis, scenario building and modelling and customer engagements analysis
  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budget, long range plan and other associated planning to ensure business strategies are followed through
  • Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and address demand related issues in a timely and effective manner

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 year’s relevant working experience in demand planning, experience in garment manufacturing is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel)
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Possess good problem solving and analytical skills, well-organized and able to work independently
