Sales Manager (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible to lead, manage and execute the sales strategy of the company. Growing revenue profitably with current and potential customers and delivering exceptional experience in building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans for assigned territories and customers to achieve sales targets
  • Lead the commercial activities successfully
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Organize networking events to generate leads and promote products and/or services of the company
  • Create marketing and promote company USP’s and benefits, such as presentation decks and ideas to generate interest in the products/company
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and adjust sales tactics as necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through different engagement activities and respond to customers inquiries promptly and professionally

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales; experience in lingerie or apparel industry is preferable
  • Presentable with a positive personality
  • Strong in communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented and good at building rapport and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team and related parties
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
