Designer (Hong Kong)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for seasonal and innovative design
  • Provide ideas on all design issues including costing, fashion trend research, fabrication, etc.
  • Follow up the entire workflow of product design from concept to customer presentation
  • Drive fabric sourcing, colour proposals and graphic research based on trend directions and customers’ requirements
  • Supervise assistant designer to formulate design ideas into marketable collections
  • Provide guidance to technicians to accomplish technical and delivery requirements
  • Work closely with customer on their requirements
  • Resolve all technical related problems
  • Conduct product and trend presentation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Lingerie Design or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good computer skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and MS office application, 3D software skills a plus
  • Strong product and material knowledge with solid experience in product design
  • Well organized and self-motivated with good communication skills and multitasking
  • Good command of both written and spoken of English and Chinese
  • Occasional travel is required

Commercial Manager (Hong Kong)

Job Purpose:

    The Commercial Manager acts as the key driver of day-to-day commercial execution. This role bridges business strategy and operational action — managing pricing, margin, forecasting, and coordination with Product, Customer Service, and Operations to deliver customer and financial goals. As the working lead for the account teams, the Commercial Manager ensures disciplined planning, accurate forecasting, and effective execution across seasons, while upholding Top Form’s governance and profitability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    Business and Financial Management
  • Own the seasonal and annual business planning cycle, aligning with GM on growth and margin objectives
  • Analyze business to develop and manage Newness forecasts (order intake, shipment, newness revenue, profitability)
  • Lead pricing, margin, and cost review processes, ensuring adherence to company policy and governance thresholds
  • Track commercial KPIs: conversion, lead time, product cost performance, and margin achievement
  • Support GM in developing Long Range Plan (LRP) targets for newness and growth
    Customer Account Management
  • Serve as primary commercial contact for working-level teams of assigned customers
  • Coordinate quotation, confirmation, and order processes with Customer Service and PD teams
  • Support GM in preparing customer business reviews and seasonal recap decks
  • Partner with Product Manager to ensure alignment between commercial offers and product capability
    Execution and Process Discipline
  • Manage adherence to seasonal calendar and TNA deliverables for accounts
  • Ensure all commercial transactions and approvals are compliant with PD systems and documentation protocols
  • Coordinate interdepartmental actions for service recovery, order changes, and customer-specific requests
  • Support implementation of pricing, credit, and margin policies per Commercial Director guidance
    Leadership and Development
  • Mentor junior account executives and coordinators
  • Develop commercial acumen, negotiation skill, and analytical capability within the team
  • Actively engage in vertical business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in commercial, sales, or business management roles, with at least 5 years in manufacturing, preferably in garment manufacturing
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Effective communication and relationship-building across functions
  • Analytical thinker with planning and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined in process and system governance

Assistant Finance Manager – Group Consolidation (Hong Kong)

Job Purpose:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as an Assistant Finance Manager, specializing in Group Consolidation. This is a key role that offers significant exposure to corporate financial reporting, cross-border operations, and system management. The role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our consolidated financial statements, working closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong audit background and experience in listed company environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Group Consolidation & Reporting: Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process for multiple subsidiaries, ensuring full compliance with HKFRS/IFRS and internal company policies
  • Financial Operations: Perform and review accounting entries, intercompany reconciliations, and related schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Planning & Analysis: Support the budgeting and rolling forecast processes, providing insights and data analysis as required
  • Statutory Reporting: Assist in the preparation of Annual and Interim Reports, including related disclosures, presentations, and regulatory deliverables
  • Audit & Compliance: Act as the key liaison with external auditors, ensuring financial statements adhere to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • System Administration: Serve as the system administrator for the accounting system (FLEX/SUN), ensuring optimal functionality and data integrity
  • Team Support & Development: Provide guidance and support to finance team members on system usage and financial reporting processes
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and support operational finance matters as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
  • ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HKFRS/IFRS and financial reporting requirements
  • Prior experience with a Big 4 or second-tier audit firm, or within a listed company environment, is a distinct advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; Experience with FLEX or SUN Accounting Systems is preferred; Knowledge of Excel Macro/VBA is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
