Head of Planning

About the role

    The role is responsible for leading the organization's Master Planning function, including demand planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), capacity planning, inventory optimization, production planning, and supply chain planning. The role drives the alignment of customer demand, manufacturing capacity, materials availability, and inventory strategy to optimize operational performance and support business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the Master Planning function and establish planning strategies to support the Company's business objectives
    • Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and financial plans
    • Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, replenishment planning, and inventory management across all manufacturing units
    • Develop medium- and long-term capacity plans to support business growth and optimize manufacturing resources
    • Lead production planning governance to ensure efficient utilization of factories, labor, materials, and equipment
    • Evaluate and recommend manufacturing network strategies, including capacity allocation and sourcing decisions
    • Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments to mitigate supply chain disruptions and support informed business decisions
    • Establish planning policies, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
    • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Procurement, Logistics, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams to balance customer demand and operational capabilities
    • Drive digitalization, planning system enhancements, and data analytics capabilities to improve planning effectiveness and visibility
    • Lead, coach, and develop planning teams across locations to foster a high-performance culture

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
    • Minimum 10 years of planning or supply chain management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
    • Solid experience in Master Planning, S&OP, demand planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and manufacturing operations
    • Experience in apparel, textile, lingerie, or consumer products manufacturing environment is preferred
    • Proven track record in leading cross-functional planning teams across multiple manufacturing locations
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
    • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
    • Strong leadership and people management experience
    • Proficient in ERP and planning systems; experience with advanced planning tools is an advantage
    • Fluent in spoken and written English

Engineer – Strategic Technology

About the role

    The role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise data, AI, integration, and automation solutions that support the organization's digital transformation. The role partners with business and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, while contributing to the development and support of next-generation data warehouses, enterprise knowledge platforms, AI applications, digital products, and the adoption of emerging technologies across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities


    Data Platforms & Engineering
    • Build and enhance enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, and scalable data pipelines
    • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for reliable data integration, transformation, and governance
    • Partner with business and technology teams to deliver trusted, accessible, and high-quality data assets

    AI, Automation & Digital Innovation
    • Design and implement AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI, AI Assistants, Intelligent Document Processing, and workflow automation
    • Support LLM applications, AI agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, vector databases, and related technologies
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to drive productivity and operational excellence

    Integration & Solution Development
    • Develop APIs, middleware, and integration solutions that connect enterprise systems and applications
    • Support end-to-end solution delivery, from design and development to deployment and ongoing optimization
    • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards

    Analytics & Business Enablement
    • Deliver dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful technology solutions
    • Promote adoption of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and modern analytics capabilities

    Governance, Operations & Continuous Improvement
    • Maintain data quality, security, monitoring, and governance standards across platforms and services

    • Participate in regional digital transformation initiatives and explore emerging technologies in AI, cloud, data, and automation

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline
    • A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Data Engineering, Backend Development, AI, Data Platforms, or related technology fields
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms, data integration, analytics, automation, or AI technologies is an advantage
    • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders across the region
    • Proactive, analytical, and passionate about leveraging technology to drive business value and innovation

Assistant Finance Manager / Senior Accountant - Group Consolidation

About the role

    This is a key role that offers significant exposure to corporate financial reporting, cross-border operations, and systems management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our consolidated financial statements, working closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong audit background and experience in a listed company environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Group Consolidation & Reporting: Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process for multiple subsidiaries, ensuring full compliance with HKFRS/IFRS and internal company policies
    • Financial Operations: Perform and review accounting entries, intercompany reconciliations, and related schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Planning & Analysis: Support the budgeting and rolling forecast processes, providing insights and data analysis as required
    • Statutory Reporting: Assist in the preparation of Annual and Interim Reports, including related disclosures, presentations, and regulatory deliverables
    • Audit & Compliance: Act as the key liaison with external auditors, ensuring financial statements adhere to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
    • System Administration: Serve as the system administrator for the accounting system (FLEX/SUN) and Smartsheet, ensuring optimal functionality and data integrity
    • Team Support & Development: Provide guidance and support to finance team members on system usage and financial reporting processes
    • Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and support operational finance matters as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
    • 4–5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
    • ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent is highly preferred
    • Strong knowledge of HKFRS/IFRS and financial reporting requirements
    • Prior experience with a Big 4 or second-tier audit firm, or within a listed company environment, is a distinct advantage
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite; Experience with FLEX or SUN Accounting Systems is preferred; Knowledge of Excel Macro/VBA is a plus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
    • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
