Responsible to all demand planning duties including analyzing customers’ forecast, historical data and market/customer’s insights to formulate an accurate forecasting model to present internally for company planning purpose and externally in aligning customer’s expectations
Responsible to input raw data, consolidate and validate all customer forecasts that aligning with company capacity, business needs, operational requirements
Develop effective forecast models based on set criteria and protocol as well as the demand patterns
Support demand planning manager including tracking and alignment meetings, create and publish engagement dashboards to align customer expectations
Support the sales operation teams in proposing and implementing suggestions to improve demand forecast accuracy
Provide analytical support with deviation analysis, scenario building and modelling and customer engagements analysis
Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budget, long range plan and other associated planning in ensuring business strategies are followed through
Participate regular engagement meetings internally, providing analysis and reports for meeting purposes
Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
Degree holder or above, preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics, Business or related disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in demand planning
Experience in garment manufacturing is preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Possess good problem solving and analytical skills, well-organized and able to work independently
Handle system design, installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and monitoring of information systems such as Microsoft AD, M365 and Exchange email
Administer and monitor the storage and backup systems
Troubleshoot problems relating to servers, desktops, laptops, and Network
Supervise regular systems reviews, design recommendations and implementation in the improvement of the overall infrastructure security and performance
Deliver IT services for internal staff
Liaise with local IT support for problem fixing, project implementation and skill transfer
Create and update IT policies, procedures and system documents
Conduct user trainings
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Occasion travel is required
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
Solid experience of IT Infrastructure design
Solid experience in managing Microsoft OS and Hypervisor environments and server applications such as M365, Azure, MS AD, MS Exchange, SCCM and VMWare
Solid experience in managing security and networking such as Firewall, Routers, Switches, Wireless, VPN, VoIP, Video Conference and Web Meeting solution, Veeam
Hands on experience in enterprise storage system
Hands on experience in IT security support such as EDR, MDR, Anti-phishing software, SIEM, etc.
Experience in IT solution implementation is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
