Sales Manager (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible to lead, manage and execute the sales strategy of the company. Growing revenue profitably with current and potential customers and delivering exceptional experience in building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans for assigned territories and customers to achieve sales targets
  • Lead the commercial activities successfully
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Organize networking events to generate leads and promote products and/or services of the company
  • Create marketing and promote company USP’s and benefits, such as presentation decks and ideas to generate interest in the products/company
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and adjust sales tactics as necessary
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through different engagement activities and respond to customers inquiries promptly and professionally

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales; experience in lingerie or apparel industry is preferable
  • Presentable with a positive personality
  • Strong in communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented and good at building rapport and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team and related parties
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager

Accounts Clerk (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible to support the Account Receivable Team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support supervisor of the Account Receivable team on data management
  • Prepare monthly sales and cost analysis reports
  • Support account receivable team for daily reporting
  • Monitor the customer sales aging and outstanding balance
  • Handle accounts payable duties including staff expenses claim and issue cheque for overseas factories

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or Diploma in related disciplines with LCC level 2
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in general accounting experience
  • Experience in textile or manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SUN account system is an advantage
  • Good PC Knowledge in MS Office with strong data management skill
  • Hardworking, independent, self-motivated, can work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred

Fit Technician (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible for ensuring a smooth and on time fit approval operation which complies with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and customer quality requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sample review and approval from proto to pre-production sample regarding fit, constructions and workmanship
  • Build strong relationships with customer technical and design teams and communicate effectively on potential / ongoing issues to align expectations and solutions
  • Manage fit meetings with customers and on-body measurement
  • Prepare and communicate fit comment to customer and technical team
  • Generate reports to highlight possible quality concerns prior production
  • Travel frequently to Shenzhen sample room to review the progress
  • Assist in ad hoc project assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Clothing/Textiles
  • Basic knowledge of lingerie construction, patterning and production
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Demonstrate patience in flat and on-body measuring
  • Hardworking, initiative, self-motivated
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Immediate available is preferred

Systems Analyst (Hong Kong)

The job holder is responsible for maintaining and improving computer systems for the Company and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistant all the activities throughout the whole SDLC, including but not limited to system design, documentation, some coding and training
  • Work closely with vendor on solution deliverables
  • Work closely with developers in HK and overseas
  • Maintain and support existing core systems within the group

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems and related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ ERP system development and support experience in garment manufacturing sector and familiar with full cycle of SDLC
  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC (C#), Python, Java, JavaScript (JQuery), HTML5, CSS, React.JS and Power BI
  • AS400, LANSA experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal communication, negotiation, people management and resources management skills
  • Able to work independently in handling internal & external project integration with minimal guidance
  • Experience in project management is an advantage
