Top Form values every young talent. We design and develop two training programs, namely, management trainee program and rotation program to nurture young talents who have high potential in becoming future leaders in Top Form, and in turn provide new energy and positive contribution to the industry.
Individuals who are ambitious and have the aspiration in becoming manufacturing experts are welcome to join one of our programs, which allow trainees to pick up hands-on skills through work assignments across different departments including sales and marketing, sales operations, product design and development and factory operations. Trainees will then settle in the departments based on their career interests and capabilities.
